What is stress?

Stress is our body’s natural response to pressure, when we experience something unexpected, threatens us, or makes us feel out of control.

Natural ways to help you deal and treat stress and anxiety:

1. Eat a healthy diet:

A healthy diet with enough nutrients of essential vitamins and minerals can help improve your mood and mental wellbeing. Low blood sugar, dehydration, and chemicals in processed food may cause mood changes that trigger a stress response.
